Packing slip for your return must be included.
We want to keep our customers happy, but we are also a small business. We understand the struggle of purchasing online and sizing.  If you have any questions on sizing please email us at customercare@macherielilyboutique.com. Since we only keep a small inventory of a particular item, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcomed to return the item and repurchase it in the correct size if we have it. 
  • Returns are only for store credit. (We are a small business and funds are often used to pay the bills or buy new inventory. Thanks for understanding!)
  • Store credit is only for the amount of purchase and does not include shipping costs. 
  • Store credit does not expire. 
  • We do not cover return shipping costs. We suggest getting tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot refund for items that we do not receive. 
  •  Item(s) must be returned and postmarked within 3 days of receiving the item. 
  • Allow 3 business days for return processing. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. 
  • No returns on Sale items, Flash Sale Items, Intimates, Body Suits, or Accessories

We reserve the right to reject and/or refuse any item according to our discretion.
